The leaders we will discuss today are one example of good people who became very successful and then chose not to adapt when the feedback came their way. Why wouldn't they have made changes sooner? Well – that is what this episode is about: Why Senior Leaders lose self-awareness and how you can avoid falling in this trap. At the end of this episode, we will discuss the steps you can take to achieve greatness by becoming a leader with grace. Many leaders could use improvement in all the areas we will discuss today, including me in some cases, but not all leaders are aware that THEY are part of the "many."
