This episode is about a recent experience I had with an overwhelming sense of stress in my life. It occurred to me, in a moment of anxiety, I knew without doubt alcohol is never going to be an answer. My partner and I talked about and shared these feelings so I decided to write my blog about how I personally see and deal with stress.
