1. Feel what you need to so you can let go

2. Accept the fact that this person lied to us

3. Understand that what they did is not a reflection of you

4. Pray to God to help take the pain away and got it to teach you what it needs to

5. Don't let it harden your heart, God did not give you a heart of stone.
