Healing is a process, growth is a process, to fight and/or quit is a choice! Positivity is easy to preach when in training, but when the bullets are live is the real test! As an army of people it is our responsibility to ensure our fellow "soldier" does not fall, by better serving each other during training as well as when the bullets are live!
