Dona Parameswar's passion to serve Veteran Families steps from her own titles of Military Spouse, Veteran Caregiver and Mom. In her role as CEO, her primary goal is to raise awareness to the everyday struggles plaguing the veteran community. Dona leads the Change Advocacy efforts of ODV in bringing these stories to social influencers and policy makers. The policies and business practices ODV is seeking to change across the establishment have already been implemented and proved effective by the organization.
