Hello and welcome back. I went on a bit of a hiatus as I was completing a year long project but I am back!

In this episode I dive into energy, alignment and the nervous system.

As stress compounded in my life while in the midst of a deeply creative process and timeline shifts, my immune system and nervous system began going haywire. With so much data to be processed, my systems could not contain and "handle" the amount of energy within my body and field.

You see, when we go through major life changes it requires a regulated and expanded nervous system to be able to hold the leap (quantum, timeline, lifetrack, etc). And while our nervous systems may be regulated in proportion to the general energy of our lives, they are not regulated to new, elevated life tracks.

Much of the time, especially for those of us with that have dealt with a great deal of trauma and chaos in our lives, our nervous systems tend to keep us small, to keep us safe. They're also most likely super tired of holding on so tight and want to expand, but they don't know how.

So in the case of a major life change, regardless of whether it is a new job, the loss of a loved one or even the idea of manifesting our dream life, it's critical that we train our nervous systems to be able to hold more energy.

At the end of the episode I guide you through a practice to do just this, nervous system expansion, enjoy!
