Today we're talking about values. And before you roll your eyes thinking this is going to be another fluffy conversation about mission statements and posters in the break room, it's not.

This is about something much more real: What you actually stand for when standing for it costs you something.

Because here's the truth I've learned across decades on rugby fields and in boardrooms: you can tell me your values all day long, but I'll know what they really are by watching what you do when things go sideways.
