When the Road Changes...

Living with awareness, and focusing on what heart matters, puts us in the driver's seat.  

We are not so easily distracted by our emotions, up one moment, down another, we have emotions, "for some" we just don't move on reacting from them.  An exercise, never mastered, but empowering when your reflex is to Take a Pause before reacting.
