On this episode, we discuss the pros and cons of both home ownership and renting - and the whole concept of ownership in general.

The idea of renting a home or apartment is exciting to many people who can't or don't want to mess with lawn care, shoveling, maintenance, etc. As a home owner, on the other hand, you do those things whether you like it or not. We lay out cases for both scenarios and why you may never truly own your home or property even if you've paid it off.

In the second half of the show, we talked about how technology and in particular Smart Devices are making home ownership a lot more connected and customizable.
