Description:

Many of us are walking around with a quiet sense that things feel off. Systems feel broken. People feel divided. What once seemed stable no longer does. I share why I believe the world never truly made sense and how our minds create the illusion that it should. When that illusion breaks, it can feel disorienting, but it can also become an opening for deeper understanding and self work.

The world is always going to do what it does. People will act from fear, power, or self interest. Waiting for external change is exhausting. In this episode, I talk about why practice is not about escape or avoidance. It is about learning how to respond instead of react. Practice helps us stay centered, grounded, and clear so we can live with intention even in uncertain times.
