It starts slow but picks up quickly. I enjoyed it again and looking forward to listening to the next series.

ok but not at the top

story takes place in London. A little slow moving at times. Liked the characters especially the brother in Iran.

Broke the golden rule of zombie books!

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

The author broke the golden rule of zombie books for me (and many others). A detailed scene about infants being eaten at a hospital, that is a big no go.

Yes, yes, I know in a zombie apocalypse this kind of horrible stuff and worse would happen.. but this is a book. I don't need scenes involving children or babies in detail, thanks. I'll be honest I never even finished the book and it had promise up till then.
