When Things are Out of the Ordinary | Ep 25

During this current phase of our life in being somewhat isolated during the coronavirus pandemic, things can be out of the ordinary and even seem somewhat out of control.

When things are out of the ordinary, there are a couple of things we need to make certain of...

1. First, don't allow yourself to be fenced in. 


Fencing yourself in will bring:

  • Frustration
  • Emotions out of control
  • Negative thoughts
  • Confusion
  • Extreme Actions


2. Instead, we must think and come outside of the Box.

We accomplish this by being:

  • Brave
  • Open to new ideas
  • eXercise - keep moving so while in isolation, you don't become stagnate
