Today I’m pulling back the curtain on something that bothers me deeply. We see Black people get into positions of power, access funding, or land grants meant to help the community and instead of reaching back, they focus on lining the pockets of investors and locking others out.

This episode is about calling out the gatekeeping, the red tape, and the painful truth that some of us forget where we came from once we get a seat at the table.
