In this episode of Higher Love, I'm joined by the incredible Jasmine Sara, a yoga teacher, writer, and advocate who's deeply passionate about making wellness truly inclusive and accessible for everyone. We had such an insightful conversation about her own journey with yoga, how she navigates chronic illness and hypermobility, and the frustrating barriers she's faced in the wellness world.
Jasmine really opened my eyes to the importance of creating safe spaces in yoga for people with hidden disabilities and neurodiversity. We talk about shifting to a values-driven approach to teaching, why trauma-informed practices are essential, and how traditional wellness models can often miss the mark.
I know you're going to love this episode.
