The Bears haven't won a Super Bowl in nearly 40 years. Yet, the organization does nothing but celebrate the past.  The fans are getting tired of constantly talking about 1985 and all the great defensive players that have played for the team over the years. We want a legit QB. We want to watch a modern-day NFL offense.  In today's episode we talk about why the Bears need to change their identity.
