I know that I have been overwhelmed lately, and a lot of you have told me that you are as well, so here are 6 tools to add to your arsenal for the next time you are feeling overwhelmed!

1.) Write it all out and brain dump
2.) Focus on the present and what you CAN control
3.) Take action
4.) Stop for a second and BREATHE
5.) Move ya body
6.) Do NOT feel like you feed to figure it all out on your own
