Neidi de Carvalho has been physically active since her father persuaded her to be his running partner as a child.  A marathon runner and karate black belt, life coach and psychologist,  Neidi sees how an active lifestyle can help you better manage stress, as well as help you to relax better at the end of the day.

We talk about how to start a new habit slowly so that it sticks. Our bodies find it easy to make changes for the better, it's our minds that often sabotage us. Neidi says that when we are used to pushing ourselves to make slight improvements every time we train, that translates over into other areas of life. For example, giving you more confidence to apply for a new job, or a promotion.
