Sometimes when we focus too much on how fast we can accomplish our goals, we forget how important it is to appreciate and enjoy things in the process. We become impatient, bitter and unhappy because a result doesn’t come fast enough.
We are so attached to an outcome that we are only happy when we achieve our goals. We set expectations depending on a result, instead of a growing process.
Remember you are not where you want to be, but neither are you where you used to be.
It’s okay to feel rushed. It’s okay to want more, but it’s absolutely NOT okay to be ungrateful.
When you feel overwhelmed, pause, reflect and see how far you have come. Be grateful for struggles, challenges and hard times because they have shaped who you are capable of becoming.
