Feeling sad and lonely is a natural emotion that comes to everybody from time to time. But there’s nothing worse than not being able to pin point the core reasons for these negative feelings. As a society, we’ve been conditioned to think that if you have a roof over your head, food on your table, and people who love you then you should count your blessings. In this episode I get personal with what I’ve been feeling lately and how I’ve been allowing myself to feel these emotions without guilt, and why it’s OK to just not be OK.
