Standards are important norms we set in order to gauge Quantity X against Quantity Z. The argument is made that the political Left have no standards, and thus, all things are fair game. We are seeing this in several public situations today - college campus protests; a Presidential race; debate about conflict, war, and US military intervention; and lastly and most importantly - weaponization of our legal system.
