In today's episode we talk about the ultimate decision: what to do, when you don't want to do, what you need to do.
There's a very simple thought shift that I'll offer today that allows you to take a step back, get out of resistance and drop into a place where you're able to make an intentional decision that will move you forward and farther down your to-do list.
I'll also touch on the power in knowing the difference of when to prioritize and power through tasks and knowing when it's time to change up the game plan so you don't burn yourself (and your health) out unnecessarily.
