Step 1 - Define your ideal client/s so you can personalise your message specifically to their needs, wants and desires. Make them the main character of your stories - rather than you or your products or services.

Step 2 - Think about that ideal client every time you pick up the pen or open your laptop to write. Make sure every business story you tell is about them, the needs they have and how their life is made better as a result of their decision to buy from you.
