There’s a moment many women experience at some point in midlife.
Sometimes it happens quietly.
Sometimes it arrives like a wave in the middle of the night.
The thought repeats itself over and over:
"I can’t do this anymore.”
Even when we don’t know what “this” is.
In this episode, I explore the idea that our bodies know when our lives are out of alignment long before our minds are ready to admit it, or put language to it.
This conversation began with a discussion about existentialism with my university kid, which led me dialogue around what I actually believe about being alive in this world.
In this episode we explore:
Midlife often becomes a portal, a moment when we’re asked to decide whether we will keep living from obligation… or begin creating a life that grows from who we actually are.
