Sometimes life hands us gifts we don’t think we deserve.
If you’re like most of us, there could be some mixed feelings around the receiving of those gifts – feelings of happiness, for sure, and maybe also feeling like you don’t deserve what’s just happened to you.
When you question the good things that come to you, you gut your own sense of self-worth. When it’s a daily occurrence, it’s often referred to as imposter syndrome. You are where you are because of the things you’ve learned, the choices you’ve made, and your own determination. You deserve the good things that come to you.
Say it aloud with me: I deserve the good things that come to me.
Whenever you catch yourself beating yourself up, say it again: I deserve the good things that come to me. Because guess what? You deserve the good things that come to you!
