The problem with the “I’ll teach you how” method is that it doesn’t go past the steps. It gives you a superficial understanding of a skill so you don’t understand how to apply it to a different context. A lot of the time we want a simple answer, but when it comes down to your dog’s recovery, you have to look at the bigger picture.
