Y'all I get it. I've been there before. It's been awhile since you've actually spoken to God and now you feel bad about it and that shame or guilt is keeping you from Him. Maybe you've had a really big disappointment or God isn't answering your prayers they way you thought He would. Feeling spiritually weak is nothing to be ashamed about!
