THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO QUIT THIS AND START LIVING! The habits we create can make us or break us. Chances are your habits - which YOU are in full control - are so inconsistent if the boxes above are checked! Habits are a form of self-care... or lack there of.
If you've been following me for a while and created healthy habits, you know just how great it feels to do all the things that keep you mentally, physically, and spiritually aligned. So when you fall off the band wagon, you long for that feeling again. You know just how good it feels to feel good! And on the opposite spectrum, didn't realize just how good it felt, until you felt BLAH again!
Maybe you haven't even started yet. You're sick and tired of being sick and tired, but have no clue where to even start!

Today is the day. It's not a Monday, it's not a New Year, but today is the day you change your life or get your life back on track!
So here we go!
š Create habits that reflect and form you into who you want to become. Close your eyes and just image.
How does she feel?
What's her behaviors like?
How does she talk? walk? dress?
How does she speak to herself?
What are her items of action?
š Write them down.
š Pick 3 habits to start working toward.
š Track them.
š Do them consistently.
š Add another 1-2 habits.
š Rinse & Repeat!
Things don't change overnight. They don't change because we want them to. Things change when we wake up each day and choose to make small changes that will be a HUGE impact. So you don't have to start big, you just have to start with one small thing. And today is the day you begin!
