On todays episode we spoke with Sarah who is the 2019 National Champion. We spoke about how ever since she first rode a bike she had an obsession with it that lead to an impulsive desire to become the best. Sarah likes to ride solo as it is in that complete isolation that she is able to push herself to an extreme.
