Even Stevens wrote “When You're in Love with a Beautiful Woman" and it was released by Dr. Hook on his 1978 album Pleasure and Pain and was later included on his 1979 ablum Sometimes You Win. The song went to Number 6 on the US Billboard Hot 100 singles chart and became an international disco smash hit reaching Number 1 in the UK and Ireland Singles charts and charting in Austalia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, New Zealand and Spain.
