Change is occurring here at M2B Ministries. Change can be hard, but it's also necessary for growth and improvement. In this episode, Nikki shares updates and keeps you in the loop with the changes being made in this organization.

Don't worry! We aren't leaving and our pursuit to help short term missionaries with re-entry remains the same.

We have added 3 core values:

1. Community

2. Connection

3. Identity

Some changes occurring are:

1. Name change to The Great Return (now the organization will have the same name as this podcast!)

2. The remaining team members are Nikki and Victoria

3. We are growing partnerships to come up with a roadmap to re-entry.

4. Improvements in our curriculum for the Navigator Mentorship

5. We are focusing on transition coaching, mental health, Navigator Mentorship, and trainings.

A lot is happening here, but all good things. We are trusting God and following his led. We are believing God has big things in store for this ministry and we are on the path of preparation and development. Make sure to stick around and share what we are doing with your friends.
