How completely do you love yourself? What parts of you have you barricaded outside the door of your own heart? What pain has this caused you? What would your life be like if you welcomed home all of you? This is the journey I am on. I have felt the pain of separation. I have felt the pain of saying I love this part, but not that. What I sent away, I later came to fear and hate. They became enemies. An internal war ensued and peace was unavailable. This podcast is the white flag. Let’s surrender the struggle and explore how to restore peace to our inner landscape.
