Poetic Properties with Kamplexx Ep.63 Where are you going?
I feel like we finally made it to ground zero, I don’t feel as heavy on the emotional side. I honestly feel like we may be at a good starting point to heal however, I am allowing myself to feel whatever comes. I am still having a horrible sleeping experience; weird dreams and nightmares keeping me up.
Faced a very difficult situation this week. The boys wanted to know why their mother and I divorced. They wanted the truth, not the one that I had been saying for all these years. It made for a heartfelt, uncomfortable week. However, it was much needed, because I am a protector I always want to protect even when I am the one that is right so giving them the truth was difficult for me.
The goal with this session was to set boundaries for ourselves and be okay with it. to stop running from everything and instead run to something. My goal is to encourage, to learn, and teach. We all have battles we are trying to fight and we all need a little light.
