There are seasons when nothing is obviously wrong — but something still doesn’t feel right.
You’re showing up.
You’re handling your responsibilities.
Life hasn’t stopped.
And yet, it can feel like you’re stuck.
In this episode, we begin a new series called UNSTUCK, starting with a gentle but honest question: Where are you actually stuck — in your head or in your life?
Many of us aren’t held back by indecision or a lack of faith. We’re held back because we’ve learned how to live almost entirely in our minds — replaying conversations, imagining outcomes, and thinking about life instead of fully participating in it.
Through Scripture and real-life reflection, this episode explores how faith invites us out of overthinking and back into lived, embodied trust. We look at familiar stories — like Peter stepping out of the boat and Moses moving forward at the Red Sea — and notice how movement often comes before clarity, and presence becomes the doorway to change.
This is not an episode about pressure or pushing harder.
It’s an invitation to re-enter your life, take one faithful step, and trust that God meets us in motion.
If faith has felt stalled, quiet, or mentally exhausting lately, this series — and this episode — is for you.
✨ Encouragement for your spirit. Wisdom for your walk.
