Someone: How would you describe yourself?

Me: I'm a mom, wife, daughter, pet owner, employee, member, and volunteer.

Someone: Yeah, but who are you as a person?

Me: ***crickets***

In reality, neither of us is quite in this place at the moment, but it was just a short time ago when we had to strain our brains to remember what we used to do for fun, recreation, & relaxation. We had that awkward moment silently wondering... Where did I go?
