Are you a 'safe space' for others?

Do you represent a place for judgment free conversation?

Where is your safe space? Who do you trust with your inner sacred self?

We all need a refuge and we all need to serve as a refuge for others. Iti s not easy and yet we all need it.

When we decide to end our quiet internal experiences of suffering, we can begin to be free of that fear that comes out of not having a place of refuge. That is who we are supposed to be for each other in this world. When will we learn that lesson?
