Today, I'm talking to Joe Dain, the president of TERROR FILMS, an independent horror film distributor. Terror Films is carving out a pretty cool niche in horror distribution and Joe's has great insights into indie distribution in general. 

In this interview he addresses the misconception that the market is starving for content because of corona,  the fact that the old windowing release strategies going from TVOD, to SVOD and then AVOD may not be the best indie release strategy anymore, and how Terror Films sometimes stifle out a film’s release, not dumping it everywhere at once.   Probably most importantly, Joe talks about the absolute necessity for adaptation from indie filmmakers when it come to the exhibition and distribution of our films.
