I hear this every single week… “Joy, I do not have the time to do what you instructed me to do”. Yes, you're not going to have the time. Nobody has the time. You have to CREATE time.

And remember back to the very first episode, you have to create time for yourself. You need to look after yourself, your mind, your soul, your body because you come first. And this is really tying in with that because finding time is important because you have to find time for yourself, your family, for all the little things in your life.
