Not every day is sunshine. There are moments in life we feel down and in the slumps. When we feel down or focus on the negative, we have a choice to make. We either stay in that state or like Tony Robbins says, we change our focus, which will in turn change our state. Where focus goes, energy flows! If we can master having awareness of our feelings and being quick to change our focus in those low moments, the energy will flow to support that in a positive direction towards a clear vision.
