Youth Sports and the parental impact on youth sports have created a generation of softness. The enjoyment of playing a game and playing with your friends has been replaced by specializing on a single sport for your own personal development. When a coach, a system or teammates don't coincide with the vision of the individual it's time to move to a greener pasture.
