Before I release the last two episodes of this podcast I thought I owed my audience an explanation as to why I haven't uploaded and episodes. I also wanted to talk about the fact that it's okay to change your mind about things, no matter how deep into them you feel you've gotten. Finding clarity isn't always easy and it's definitely a process. Be kind to yourselves and remember that your life is yours to shape however you want.
