Where have I been?

Growing pains.... we all go through them.
Whether it's starting a new chapter in life, going through a break-up, losing a parent, growing apart from friends, changing careers, and/or changing to become an elevated version of yourself.
Pain is one of our greatest teachers. It builds our character, by inspiring us to develop skills such as resilience and perseverance. 
You know the saying! "No pain, no gain!"
