Safe and liquid cash reserves are so important.
Life happens. We go through a rough time and without cash reserves we have to go into debt to make it through. We have opportunities come our way but without cash reserves we have to turn them down.
Yet, with cash reserves, we have more flexibility to get through adversity and jump on a great opportunity.
Personally, I started building my cash reserves in earnest about 7 years ago and they have been there for me time and time again.
Today, I want to share my story and where I have my funds so that they are safe, accessible, AND have better growth than a savings account or money market fund.
