Also on in this episode, Max Good from www.amazingribs.com stopped by to talk about the 2018 HPBExpo and how he was a judge for the Vesta awards.  HOW FUN!!  We talked about the HUB Grill and the Vision/Ikon ceramic cooker that has agas heating insert.  So, when you don’t want to use your ceramic as a charcoal cooker, you can jam this insert in and make it a straight up gasser!!!  Cool??!!  You tell me below!  They are also supposed to be dropping a pellet insert as well in the next few months or so.  Stay tuned for follow up podcasts!
