John Kremer: “So where the heck do problems come from? Because I see them all around me, all the time? But where do they come from?”
Dr Louis Koster:”What are problems a function of? So the short answer is, that problems are when we take ourselves too seriously. That is, in effect, when we take our thoughts too seriously. So often what we call "problems" are not really problems.”
“A real problem would be if you don't have any food, and you're not able to eat. There's no food. Or you don't have a shelter, and you are looking for shelter. That is a real problem. So often what we call "problems" are not real problems. Not real problems, as in that you're looking for a food or you're looking for shelter.”
“So you could say... Most likely, problems are when you are not in touch with your true nature. When you live a world that is the illusion of the thinking. When you identify yourself with the self that, in fact, does not exist.”
Dr Louis Koster, spiritual teacher, poet, distinguished humanitarian, and published author served for over ten years as a medical doctor for “Doctors Without Borders” and other humanitarian organizations in trouble spots across the globe. For his humanitarian efforts, Dr. Koster has received numerous awards and has appeared on radio, television, and news shows.
