Low country and Gullah history
I enjoyed this book very much. The descriptions of the low country of South Carolina are very good. The main character is another strong, believable woman. The Gullah aspect of the book is most interesting and informative. The fact that the main character is writing a school curriculum is another unusual part of the book. I like the entire story and would recommend it for lovers of southern settings.
kindle book selection
This was a very good book. After reading this book I started looking for others by the same author and have not been dissappointed. Some are better than others but that is to be expected. This book was exceptionally good from my stand point and I am not one who likes a lot of smut, but just some open, loving and spiritual relationships where God is always the theme.
