Sometimes Jesus calls us to go where the wild things are. This is a scary invitation. Yes, we can trust the stories we have read about the faithfulness of God. We can trust that he is going before us… What if he isn’t?!? We are not talking about walking across the busy street. We are talking about going into the wild. It is dark there. The light is hard to find. That is why Jesus calls us there. You are not alone. The light will shine, even if you don’t see it right away.
