The film centers on Steve, a man who uses a mystical brick to find the Minecraft world. Years later, our heroes find themselves in the block world after this block eventually returns to Earth. That is essentially the storyline. However, this film makes it very obvious that it is not meant to be a film with a logical plot or profound concepts. This is the film's greatest strength: it has a strong ensemble and embraces the absurd to the fullest, but Jack Black and Jason Momoa are the true highlights. They're both so amazing, so crazy, and so funny, my god.
