This week, I had the opportunity to talk to my friend, Neum Muliaumasealii. This episode is a special one, as Neum is the first guest on Becoming More outside of North America! Neum hails from New Zealand, as you'll hear when he shares his triumphs and struggles along his journey. Neum tipped the scales at 644 pounds at his heaviest and knew he needed to make a change for his future and his family. We had a great discussion about life at 600+ pounds, dealing with the peaks and valleys of weight loss, and learning how to "drive the car" of your journey.
