The North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un hadn't been seen for three weeks. Rumors began circulating about Un's health, stating he was possibly dead. However, pictures of him at an event last week have surfaced. Kirk Larsen, Associate Professor History at BYU explains what could be happening in the isolated country.
