3,800 workers at a JBS meatpacking facility are on strike--about 17% of the company's workforce. They're calling for safety regulations and higher wages--and say they can't afford the food they're processing for the rest of America.

It's another example of the K-shaped economy; more and more frontline workers can't afford the very products they help create.
